dc.description.abstractFrente al estereotipo relativista o neoconservador, solventes autores como Vattimo o Derrida han defendido una ética postmetafísica vinculante. La Biblia ha jugado en sus propuestas un papel fundamental: por un lado, han recordado que el imaginario bíblico ha sido el sustrato cultural fundamental de la filosofía moral hasta la modernidad; por otro, lejos de proponer un abandono de esa raigambre, han articulado interpretaciones específicamente postmodernas del mismo. Este artículo trata de contribuir a esta línea de trabajo desde otra potente figura bíblica: Job. Para ello repararemos en tres interpretaciones de la obra sapiencial que cubren suficientemente el espectro de las derivaciones modernas: la racionalista, la existencialista y la nihilista. Coherentes con los estudios histórico-críticos actuales, la reapropiación de estas interpretaciones profundiza y potencia el valor que el libro de Job presenta para el dialogo con las éticas postmodernas.es
dc.description.abstractFaced with the relativist or neoconservative stereotypes, solvent authors such as Vattimo or Derrida have defended a binding postmetaphysical ethics. The Bible has played a fundamental role in their proposals: on the one hand, they have reminded that the biblical imaginary has been the fundamental cultural substrate of moral philosophy until modernity; on the other hand, far from proposing an abandonment of those roots, they have articulated specifically postmodern interpretations of them. This article tries to contribute to this line of work from another powerful biblical figure: Job. For that, we will look at three interpretations of the wisdom literature that cover sufficiently the spectrum of modern derivations: the rationalist, the existentialist and the nihilist. The reappropriation of these interpretations, in a way consistent with current historical-critical studies, deepens and enhances the value of the book of Job for dialogue with postmodern ethicsen
