Facilitando con actores vulnerables en procesos en el que se impulsan las transiciones: el caso del think tank del trabajo del futuro en Etorkizuna Eraikiz

| dc.description.abstract | La Investigación Acción para el Desarrollo Territorial (IADT) puede ser una aproximación interesante para abordar e impulsar las transiciones. Una de sus aportaciones más importantes es la facilitación, que es clave para que actores territoriales con intereses y posiciones de poder diversos dialoguen y pasen a la acción. La facilitación genera las condiciones para que se avance en los objetivos propuestos, así como para avanzar en una agenda democrática e igualitaria. Sin embargo, en un proceso de investigación-acción en el que he facilitado, he reflexionado sobre si la IADT ha conceptualizado a los actores territoriales como una realidad demasiado homogénea. Argumento que esta falta de reconocimiento de la diversidad puede influir negativamente en la facilitación y dar pie a que los objetivos de efectividad y democratización no se cumplan. Nuestra facilitación como investigadores facilitadores debe de adecuarse al tipo de actores que se implican en los procesos y esto sugiere que desde la IADT se refuerce la reflexión sobre la diversidad de los actores territoriales. En este sentido, pienso que la noción de vulnerabilidad debe estar presente en ciertos procesos de facilitación. Por ello, considero interesante la idea de que la IADT debería aprender de enfoques de otras disciplinas como la ciencia social ciudadana (Mihók, Juhász, & Gébert, 2023) o la investigación acción participativa (Aldridge, 2014) que han trabajado extensamente la noción de vulnerabilidad. Todo ello para avanzar en las transiciones, al mismo tiempo que se trata de evitar los impactos negativos en procesos de facilitación. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | Action Research for Territorial Development (ARTD) approach may prove an intriguing means of addressing and promoting transitions. One of the most significant contributions of this approach is facilitation, which enables dialogue and collective action among territorial actors with diverse interests and positions of power. Facilitation establishes the conditions for progress toward the proposed objectives and for advancing a democratic and egalitarian agenda. Nevertheless, in an action-research process in which I have facilitated, I have reflected on whether ARTD has conceptualized territorial actors as an excessively homogeneous reality. It can be argued that this lack of recognition of diversity has the potential to negatively influence the facilitation process, ultimately leading to the objectives of effectiveness and democratization not being met. The facilitation should be adapted to align with the specific characteristics and circumstances of the actors involved in the processes. This underscores the need for ARTD to prioritize reflection on the diversity of territorial actors. In light of the above, it seems reasonable to suggest that the concept of vulnerability should be incorporated into certain facilitation processes. It would therefore be beneficial for ARTD to consider adopting approaches from other disciplines, such as citizen social science (Mihók,Juhász, & Gébert, 2023) or participatory action research (Aldridge, 2014), which have extensively explored the concept of vulnerability. This could help to facilitate transitions while minimizing any adverse effects on the facilitation process. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Lurralde Garapenerako Ekintza Ikerketa (LGEI) interesgarria izan daiteke trantsizioak aztertu eta bultzatzeko. Haren ekarpen garrantzitsuenetakoa erraztea —fazilitazioa— da. Izanere, hainbat interes eta botere-posizio dituzten lurralde-eragileek hitz egin eta ekintzara igaro daitezen ahalbideratzen du. Gainera, proposatutako helburuetan aurrera egiteko baldintzak sortzen ditu, baita agenda demokratiko eta berdintasunezkoan aurrera egiteko baldintzak ere. Hala ere, erraztaile moduan parte hartu dudan ekintza-ikerketa prozesu batean, LGEIk lurralde-eragileak errealitate homogeneoegitzat ote dituen hausnartu dut.
