dc.description.abstractEl uso de la inteligencia artificial generativa está creando problemas en varios ámbitos, entre ellos el jurídico. ¿Puede un juez recurrir a la inteligencia artificial para redactar una sentencia? De ser así, ¿es responsable de cualquier error o daño el juez que firma esta sentencia o lo es quién creó el programa de IA que la generó? La sentencia T-323 de la Corte Constitucional de Colombia ha abordado esta cuestión. En EEUU, las executive orders de Biden y Trump han establecido normas para el uso de la IA.es
