Resumen
El uso de la inteligencia artificial generativa está creando problemas en varios ámbitos, entre ellos el jurídico. ¿Puede un juez recurrir a la inteligencia artificial para redactar una sentencia? De ser así, ¿es responsable de cualquier error o daño el juez que firma esta sentencia o lo es quién creó el programa de IA que la generó? La sentencia T-323 de la Corte Constitucional de Colombia ha abordado esta cuestión. En EEUU, las executive orders de Biden y Trump han establecido normas para el uso de la IA.
The use of generative AI is creating problems in various fields, including the legal field. Can a judge use AI to draft a ruling? If so, is the judge who signs that ruling or the person who produced the AI program that generated it liable for any errors or damages? Colombia’s Constitutional Court ruling T-323 addressed this issue. In the US, Biden and Trump’s executive orders have established rules for the use of AI.
