dc.description.abstractEl transhumanismo es un determinado modo de pensar sobre el futuro, fundamentado en la convicción de que el ser humano en su actual constitución no supone el fin del desarrollo de la humanidad sino, más bien, su temprana fase. Este movimiento refleja el dilema fundamental de la modernidad, es decir, hasta qué punto la preservación de la tradición humana puede legitimar la imposición de determinadas restricciones y limitaciones al desarrollo de la ciencia. El texto, partiendo de la fundamentación ética de la ideología transhumanista, analiza su influencia sobre la creación y aplicación del derecho.es
dc.description.abstractTranshumanism is a certain way of thinking about the future, based on the conviction that the human being in his current constitution does not mean the end of the development of humanity but, rather, its early phase. This movement reflects the fundamental dilemma of modernity, that is, to what extent the preservation of human tradition can legitimize the imposition of restrictions and limitations on the development of science. The text, based on the ethical foundation of transhumanist ideology, analyzes its influence on the creation and application of law.en
