dc.description.abstractLa igualdad de género es reconocida como un derecho humano fundamental con importantes consecuencias socioeconómicas, por lo que sigue siendo urgente adoptar medidas e iniciativas al respecto y la vía cooperativa puede marcar alguna diferencia en este sentido. por su especial idiosincrasia. En el presente artículo abordaremos esa especificidad, analizando las fortalezas y debilidades del modelo cooperativo frente a la igualdad de género, su especial tratamiento en la normativa autonómica y, en especial, las novedades introducidas en este ámbito por la Ley 11/2019, de Cooperativas de Euskadi. Recibido: 01 junio 2023Aceptado: 30 noviembre 2023.es
dc.description.abstractGender equality is recognized as a fundamental human right with important socioeconomic consequences, so it is still urgent to adopt measures and initiatives in this respect, and the cooperative way can make a difference in this sense, due to its special idiosyncrasy. In this article we will address that specificity, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the cooperative model in terms of gender equality, its special treatment in the autonomous regulations and, in particular, the novelties introduced in this area by Law 11/2019, about Cooperatives in the Basque Country. Received: 01 June 2023Accepted: 30 November 2023.en
