Resumen
A día de hoy el impacto de las nuevas tecnologías en todos los ámbitos de la sociedad resulta indiscutible. Sus numerosas ventajas han hecho que estas herramientas se conviertan en indispensables tanto para la comunicación como para aumentar la productividad. De ese modo han sido muchas las empresas que han incorporado estos medios, no sin ciertas dificultades jurídicas debido a la tradicional falta de regulación. Pero ¿Qué ha ocurrido en el caso de las cooperativas? ¿Pueden las mismas aprovecharse de las ventajas de las nuevas tecnologías?
Today the impact of new technologies in all areas of society is undeniable. Its numerous advantages have made that these tools will become indispensable for communication and increase the productivity. So there have been many companies that have incorporated these means, not without certain legal difficulties due to the traditional lack of regulation. But what has happened in the case of cooperatives? Can they take advantage of the benefits of new technologies?
