Resumen
Una parte de la Investigación Acción para el Desarrollo Territorial (IADT) se desarrolla mediante una comunidad formada por los institutos de investigación Orkestra (País Vasco)y Praxis (Argentina). Pocas comunidades de práctica se dedican a la Investigación Acción,estas son un escenario de aprendizaje no lineal basado en la teoría social del aprendizaje. Este capítulo investiga Zubigintza, una comunidad de práctica conformada por investigadoras de ambos institutos, explorando su trabajo entre septiembre de 2019 y abril de 2023.Se pretende comprender cómo una comunidad de investigadores en la acción se estructura para desarrollar la Investigación Acción. Como consecuencia, se profundiza en la teoría social del aprendizaje como forma no lineal de aprendizaje. La investigación es relevante porque Zubigintza representa una alternativa a la investigación tradicional, típicamente estructurada mediante artículos, publicaciones en revistas y congresos. Se ha utilizado un enfoque de Investigación Acción con la autora como observadora externa. El caso se presenta mediante Thick Description, incluyendo seis entrevistas en profundidad y documentación de 35 reuniones de Zubigintza. Participan 14 investigadores en la acción, entrevistando a las seis más veteranas por su perspectiva longitudinal. Los hallazgos muestran que la comunidad de Praxis y Orkestra ha utilizado Zubigintza para desarrollar la IADT, aplicando implícitamente la teoría social del aprendizaje. Las conclusiones indican que Zubigintza, como comunidad de práctica, es una herramienta efectiva para desarrollarla Investigación Acción, alineando sus principios con las necesidades de esta metodología.
Lurralde Garapenerako Ekintza-ikerketaren (LGEI) zati bat komunitate baten bitartez garatzen da, Orkestra (Euskadi) eta Praxis (Argentina) institutuek osatuta. Gutxi dira ikerketa ekintza langai duten praktika komunitateak. Kapitulu honetan Zubigintza aztertzen da, institutuok osatutako praktika komunitatea, 2019ko iraila eta 2023ko apirila bitartean. Helburuak dira ulertzea praktika komunitate bat nola egituratzen den ikerketa ekintza garatzeko eta sakontzea ikaskuntzaren teoria sozialean, ikaskuntza ez lineala gauzatzen duen heinean. Ikerketa tradizionalaren baitan ikertzaile komunitateetako harremanak artikulu, argitalpen eta kongresuetan oinarritzen dira. Honako ikerketa adierazgarria da Zubigintza delako modelo tradizional horren alternatiba bat. Ikerketa ekintzaren bitartez egin da kapitulua, eta autoreak kanpoko posizionamendua hartu du. Kasua Thick Description metodoaren bitartez aurkeztu da eta oinarrituta dago sei sakoneko elkarrizketetan eta Zubigintzako 35 bileren dokumentazioan. Aurkitu da Praxis eta Orkestra institutuek Zubigintza erabili dutela LGEI garatzeko, ikaskuntza teoria soziala inplizituki erabiliaz. Ondorioak dira Zubigintza baliabide efektiboa dela ikerketa ekintza garatzeko, praktika komunitatea den heinean oinarriak ikerketa ekintzarekin partekatzen dituelako.
A part of Action Research for Territorial Development (ARTD) is developed through a community formed by the research institutes Orkestra (Basque Country) and Praxis (Argentina). This community of practice is dedicated to action research, it constitutes a non-linear learning scenario based on the social theory of learning. This chapter examines Zubigintza, a community of practice comprising researchers from both institutes, and analyses their work between September 2019 and April 2023. The objective is to gain insight into the structure of a community of action researchers and the processes involved in developing action research, with a particular focus on the nonlinear form of learning. The research is significant because it represents an alternative to traditional research, which structures the relationship between researchers in terms of articles, publications in journals and conferences. An action research approach was used with the author as an external observer. The case was presented through Thick Description, including six in-depth interviews and minutes of 35 Zubigintza meetings. Fourteen action researchers participated, interviewing the six most senior ones for their longitudinal perspective. The findings demonstrate that the Praxis and Orkestra community has employed Zubigintza to develop ARTD, implicitly applying social learning theory. The conclusions indicate that Zubigintza, as a community of practice, is an effective tool for developing action research, aligning its principles with the needs of this methodology.
