Resumen
Los estados europeos, con serias dificultades para sostener su deuda pública y la moneda común, están adoptando medidas económicas tendentes a asegurar su financiación pero comprometiendo su arquitectura social y política. El modelo del ciudadano con derechos es sustituido por el del factor social con unos derechos mínimos librado a su capacidad privada de iniciativa para desplegar su vida. Así queda comprometido desde la economía el modelo político de los estados modernos, además de roto el vínculo social más fuerte que hemos pensado: la justicia. Se plantea un estudio de este proceso actual, su valoración ético-política y se escrutan alternativas posibles.
The European States, with serious difficulties to support its public debt and the common currency, are adopting economic measures in order to assure its credit facilities, but compromising its social and political architecture. The model of the citizen with rights is being substituted for the one of the social factor with some minimum rights and entrusted to its private capacity to develop its life. So it is being compromised the political model of modern states from the economy as well as broken the strongest social bond we ever have thought: justice. It will be offered a study of this present process, an ethics-political assessment and possible alternatives will be scanned.
