Resumen
El objetivo de este estudio es visibilizar una realidad multifactorial y transnacional, todavía atípica para el ordenamiento jurídico español, que ha de ser diferenciada y abordada: el trabajo de las personas trabajadoras de las plataformas digitales basadas en la web dedicadas a las microtareas en línea como nueva forma de precariedad laboral. Se plantearán los retos que derivan del deber de transposición de la Directiva (UE) 2024/2831 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 23 de octubre de 2024, relativa a la mejora de las condiciones laborales en el trabajo en plataformas, a partir de tres perspectivas principales desde las que materializar los primeros pasos para afrontar este problema: el legislador, la Inspección de Trabajo y de Seguridad Social y los agentes sociales.
The objective of this study is to highlight a multifactorial and transnational reality, still atypical for the Spanish legal system, which must be differentiated and addressed: the work of web-based digital platforms workers dedicated to online microtasks as a new form of job precariousness. The challenges which derives from the obligation to transpose Directive (EU) 2024/2831 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 on improving working conditions in platform work will be addressed from three main perspectives, enabling the first steps to confront this problem: the legislator, the Labor and Social Security Inspection and the social agents.
