dc.description.abstractLa intervención está basada en el artículo realizado por Ruiz-Narezo, Santibañez y Agúndez (2022), y trata de realizar un acercamiento sobre el estado de la cuestión de las instituciones penitenciarias y el papel que la figura educativa desempeña en las mismas, encontrando que la prisión puede ser un espacio educativo de oportunidad en el que desarrollar la intervención socioeducativa y generar así verdaderos procesos de inclusión social con las personas privadas de libertad. Así mismo se profundiza en la figura del educador/a penitenciario y se plantea como línea de futuro, la incorporación al equipo técnico habitual, encontrando que la adquisición de competencias penitenciarias por parte del Gobierno Vasco puede ser una oportunidad sin igual.es
dc.description.abstractThis article is based on the article by Ruiz-Narezo, Santibañez and Agundez (2022), and seeks to approach the state of the issue of penitentiary institutions and the role that the educational figure plays in them, finding that Prison can be an educational space of opportunity in which to develop socio-educational intervention and thus generate real processes of social inclusion with people deprived of their liberty. It also delves into the figure of the prison educator and raises as a line of future, the incorporation into the usual technical team, finding that the acquisition of prison skills by the Basque Government can be an unparalleled opportunity.en
