dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this article is to analyze the representation of women in both Jewish and Rabbinical narratives in the context of the Ancient world. To carry out this study, we will use the deconstructive method, which allows us to analyze the anthropological and cultural causes of the absence and representation of women in these narratives. The outlining of the representation of women in the context of the Jewish world is a broad and dense task due to its extension and complexity. That is why we are going to focus on the basic literary accounts of the Jewish world, works that constitute the religious foundation of the Jewish worldview: the Bible and the Misna. The role that women had to play was fixed in these texts and it is also in them where, from a feminist analysis, it is sought at present to redefine the patriarchal character of Judaism.en
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este artículo consiste en analizar la representación de las mujeres tanto en las narrativas judías como rabínicas en el contexto del mundo Antiguo. Para realizar este estudio, utilizaremos el método o análisis deconstructivo, el cual nos permite analizar las causas antropológicas y culturales de la ausencia y representatividad de las mujeres en dichas narrativas. Esbozar la representación de las mujeres en el contexto del mundo judío es una tarea que por su extensión y complejidad es amplia y densa. Por ello vamos a ceñirnos para tratar la cuestión a los relatos literarios básicos del mundo judío, obras que constituyen el fundamento religioso de la cosmovisión judía: la Biblia y la Misná. En dichos textos quedó fijado el rol que a la mujer le correspondía desempeñar y es también en ellos donde, desde un análisis feminista, se busca en la actualidad redefinir el carácter patriarcal del Judaísmo.es
