dc.description.abstractDesde Gorabide, para cumplir su Misión y Razón de ser, que no es otra que mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas con discapacidad y sus familias, de Bizkaia, abrazamos la diversidad de opciones, la flexibilidad ante múltiples alternativas. La ética asistencial se plantea como un instrumento para la mejora de la toma de decisiones en situación de pluralismo moral. Este objetivo solo se consigue gracias a un sistema de valores compartido. Para ello apelamos a la ética, a las exigencias de nuestra responsabilidad con la dignidad personal. Los objetivos generales del proyecto de la ética en Gorabide son lograr la integración de la ética en las decisiones de la organización, organizar las estrategias para el desarrollo de la ética en Gorabide y facilitar la creación de un comité de ética, como órgano estable interno e independiente. Las fases de este proyecto son: creación de un equipo coordinador del proyecto, sensibilización, formación, creación de un equipo promotor de la ética asistencial, crear y acreditar un comité de la ética asistencial.es
dc.description.abstractAt Gorabide, we embrace the diversity of options, the flexibility towards numerous alternatives, to fulfil our mission and our raison d’être which is no other than to improve the life of the people with disabilities and their families, here in Biscay. Health care ethics is presented as a tool for improving the decision making in moral pluralism situations. We can only achieve this goal thanks to a shared value system. To that end, we resort to ethics, to the demands of our responsibility with regard to personal dignity. The general objectives of the ethics project in GORABIDE are the following: to achieve to integrate ethics in the organization decisions, to organize the strategies for the development of the ethics in Gorabide and to ease the creation of an ethics committee that works as an independent and stable internal body. The stages for this project are: the creation of a coordinating team for the project, awareness-raising, training, the creation of a team to promote health care ethics, to create and authorize a committee for health care ethics.en
