Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar las consecuencias de la regulación de la prestación por cese de actividad, como nueva situación protegida por el Sistema de Seguridad Social, en el ámbito de los trabajadores autónomos, en lo que respecta a los socios de trabajo de las Cooperativas de Trabajo Asociado. En concreto, la regulación de dicha situación se analiza desde las particularidades que caracterizan a tales socios.
This paper aims to examine the consequences of the provisions that regulate the Termination of an Activity for self-employed workers. In particular, the new protection afforded through the Social Security System to members of a Cooperative Society of Associated Labour, with the focus being on regulations that may affect its members.
