dc.description.abstractLas conclusiones que se derivan del sexto informe del Grupo Intergubernamental de Expertos sobre el Cambio Climático (IPCC) siguen sosteniendo la importancia de mitigar los daños producidos en el medio ambiente por la acción del hombre. Aunque éstas aún se encuentran en fase de borrador, se prevé que se identificarán más de cien riesgos clave que potencialmente pueden ser dañinos para un amplio espectro de áreas y sistemas. Por ello, la necesidad de tomar medidas en cada una de las áreas profesionales ligadas a las disciplinas del diseño para conseguir reducir la huella que imprimen en el medio ambiente se torna más que una moda, una necesidad imperiosa. En este artículo pretendemos mostrar las estrategias de ecodiseño que podemos tener en cuenta en las diferentes fases del ciclo de vida de una exposición, desde la primera conceptualización de la muestra, pasando por la selección de materiales y sistemas de fabricación, teniendo también en cuenta los impactos ambientales generados durante su fase de uso, y el ser conscientes de qué tipo de residuo generará al final de su vida útil, sin dejar de lado todos los desplazamientos de materiales, objetos y personas que se producen en cada una de estas fases. Se propone por lo tanto como herramienta para profesionales que trabajan en el campo de las exposiciones, prestando especial énfasis en las que sean itinerantes y/o temporaleses
dc.description.abstractThe findings emerging from the sixth report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) continue to support the importance of mitigating human-induced damage to the environment. Although these are still in draft form, it is anticipated that more than 100 key risks will be identified that are potentially damaging to a wide range of areas and systems. Therefore, the need to take measures in each of the professional areas linked to the design disciplines to reduce the footprint they leave on the environment is becoming more than a trend, it is an imperative need. In this article we intend to show the eco-design strategies that we can take into account in the different phases of the life cycle of an exhibition, from the first conceptualization of the sample, through the selection of materials and manufacturing systems, also taking into account the environmental impacts generated during its use phase, and being aware of what kind of waste it will generate at the end of its useful life, without neglecting all the displacements of materials, objects and people that occur in each of these phases. It is therefore proposed as a tool for professionals working in the field of exhibitions, with special emphasis on travelling and/or temporary exhibitionsen
