dc.description.abstractConfianza y secreto van ligados en toda relación asistencial o clínica. Se entiende por secreto profesional la obligación de no revelar ni divulgar la información obtenida en un ambiente de confianza y que tiene como objetivo la mejora de la calidad de vida de la persona usuaria. Los profesionales y entidades de FEVAS somos conscientes de la complejidad que conlleva la gestión del derecho a la confidencialidad, especialmente en aquellas personas usuarias que no tienen capacidad para determinar y decidir con quién, para qué y cuánto de su vida privada quieren compartir y dar a conocer, para conseguir determinados beneficios, prestaciones o mejoras en su vida. Con el objetivo de aportar reflexiones prácticas que pueden ayudar a avanzar en el respeto a la intimidad, privacidad y confidencialidad de las personas usuarias, un grupo de profesionales de las diversas entidades FEVAS hemos creado un grupo de trabajo cuyo resultado es el presente documento.es
dc.description.abstractTrust and secret are closely linked in every relationship of the healthcare services. The professional secret is defined as the obligation not to reveal or disclose information obtained in an environment of trust, which aims to improve the quality of life of the users attended. Professionals and organizations belonging to FEVAS are aware of the complexity behind the management of the confidentiality as a right, especially when users of these services are not always capable of determining and deciding with whom, for what and how much of their lives they want to share, in order to achieve certain benefits and improvements in their lives. FEVAS has gathered a group of professionals from its organizations with the objective of contributing with practical reflections to improve how we deal with our users´ rights to their intimacy and confidentiality. The result of such work is the current document.en
