Resumen
Este artículo aborda en qué medida confluyen la estrategia económica y social de la UE y el fomento del cooperativismo en el período que va desee la crisis de 2008 hasta el estallido de la actual crisis del COVID19. Para ello, se realiza, en primer lugar, un análisis de iniciativas clave en la estrategia económica y social europea para definir un clima favorable o no al cooperativismo. En segundo lugar se lleva a cabo una sistematización de todas las iniciativas o pronunciamientos relevantes de diferentes instituciones de la UE que se refieren de manera directa o indirecta a la economía social y al cooperativismo. Con ello se busca determinar la consideración que se da a estos, y aspectos pendientes.
This article addresses the extent to which the EU’s economic and social strategy converge with the promotion of cooperativism in the period from the 2008 crisis to the outbreak of the current COVID19 crisis. To do this, firstly, an analysis of key initiatives in the European economic and social strategy is provided to define the existence, or not, of a favorable consideration to cooperativism. Second, a systematization of all the relevant initiatives or pronouncements of different EU institutions that refer directly or indirectly to the social economy and cooperativism is carried out. Finally, the analysis aim to discuss its evolution and pending aspects.
