dc.description.abstractLey 15/2015, de 2 de julio, de la Jurisdicción voluntaria regula una nueva modalidad de separación legal, la separación legal ante el Letrado de la Administración de Justicia o ante Notario, que se añade a la separación legal ante la autoridad judicial recogida en el artículo 81 del Código civil. En este contexto, el objetivo del presente artículo es analizar los aspectos más significativos de la normativa de la separación conyugal.es
