dc.description.abstractEl enfoque ontológico en el acercamiento a los derechos humanos está sujeto a trampas diversas, frente a las que hay que prevenirse. Pero, también, nos confronta con el reto de precisar ajustadamente lo que son y cómo se fundamentan. En este trabajo se pretende asumir este reto atentos a no caer en las trampas. La primera parte se focaliza en el ser-existencia de los derechos humanos, tratando de precisar críticamente sus «lugares»: la realidad social, las leyes y, con referencia fundamentadora, la dignidad humana. La segunda parte tiene como referencia la categoría de ser-esencia, planteándose la cuestión de la modalidad de ser de los derechos humanos en sus diversos tipos, que se nos va a mostrar densamente mediada por la diversidad cultural y la temporalidad-historicidad. La intención última de la reflexión es que sirva a la causa de la existencia social de los derechos humanos.es
dc.description.abstractThe ontological perspective in the approach to human rights is subject to different traps, against which measures must be taken. But it also faces us to the challenge of precisely specifying what they are and how are they to be based. In this paper we try to face this challenge, paying attention to avoid the traps above mentioned. The first part of it is focused on being-existence of human rights, trying to specify critically their «places»: social reality, laws and, in a founding sense, human dignity. The second part takes the category being-essence as reference, asking about the kind of being of human rights in their different types. This «kind» will show itself densely mediated by cultural diversity and temporality-historicity. What is really pretended with this reflection is to contribute to the cause of the social existence of human rights.en
