Resumen
El sistema educativo español plantea un sistema de acceso a la dirección de centros educativos que contempla la elaboración de un Proyecto de Dirección por parte de los candidatos. Son escasos los estudios empíricos que den cuenta de la presencia y utilidad de estos proyectos. En este contexto se presenta un estudio del impacto que tiene la elaboración, aplicación y evaluación del Proyecto de Dirección sobre las vivencias del equipo directivo. Los resultados revelan la positiva valoración realizada por los equipos directivos, ayudándoles a estructurarse como equipo y a mejorar su actuación en relación a la comunidad educativa.
The Spanish Education System presents an access system to headmaster position at educational centres that contemplates the elaboration of a Management Project by the candidates. There are few studies that show the existence and utility of these projects. This paper presents a study about the impact of the elaboration, application and evaluation of the Management Project on the experiences of the Management team. The data shows the positive feedback from the Management teams, helping them to structure betteras a team and to improve their action related to the education community
