Resumen
Etorkizuna Eraikiz (construyendo el futuro) es una iniciativa de transformación del modelo de gobernanza de la Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa. A través de la colaboración entre diferentes agentes del Territorio, busca afrontar los retos de futuro impulsando el conocimiento, la reflexión y la experimentación. Este modelo de gobernanza plantea también nuevas oportunidades y condiciones para la comunicación institucional: abre nuevos espacios para la interacción, crea nuevas realidades y posibilita nuevos diálogos. Se observa que Etorkizuna Eraikiz es una iniciativa con potencialidad para mejorar la relación entre la institución pública y los ciudadanos, porque tiene características que permiten establecer procesos de comunicación generadoras de confianza.
Etorkizuna Eraikiz (building the future) is an initiative to transform the governance model of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa. Through collaboration between different agents of the Territory, it seeks to face future challenges by promoting knowledge, reflection and experimentation. This model of governance also poses new opportunities and conditions for institutional communication: it opens up new spaces for interaction, creates new realities and enables new dialogues. It is observed that Etorkizuna Eraikiz is an initiative with potential to improve the relationship between public institutions and citizens, because it has characteristics that allow to establish communication processes that generate trust.
