dc.description.abstractEl trabajo presenta una caracterización fonética del seseo vasco mediante el análisis acústico del material del corpus bilingüe ESCA (Iribar e Isasi, 2008). Se estudian los tres primeros picos espectrales de las realizaciones sibilantes de 15informantes, tanto en castellano (seseantes y canónicas) como en euskara. Se exponen las características acústicas de los dos tipos encontrados (dorsoalveolar [s] y apicoalveolar [s1]) en ambas lenguas, así como sus relaciones inter e intralingüísticas. También se sugiere la posible existencia de dos subtipos de apicoalveolar, más o menos retrasada. En general, la realización fonética del seseo en castellano corresponde a la del fonema dorsoalveolar // en euskara.es
dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a phonetic characterization of Basque seseo by means of the acoustic analysis of the bilingual corpus ESCA (Iribar & Isasi, 2008). The first three spectral peaks of the sibilant realizations of 15 informants are studied, both in Spanish (seseants and canonicals) and Basque. The work shows the acoustic characteristics of the two types of sibilants found (dorsoalveolar [s] and apicoalveolar [s1] in both languages, as well as their inter and intralinguistic relationship. The possible existence of two subtypes of apicoalveolar, more or less retracted, is also suggested. In general, the phonetic realization of seseo corresponds to the realization of the dorsoalveolar // phoneme in Basque.en
