| dc.description.abstract | Partiendo del reconocimiento constitucional del derecho de todos los españoles a disfrutar de una vivienda digna y adecuada, en este trabajo se analiza la evolución del desarrollo legislativo del derecho de acceso a una vivienda digna y adecuada hasta la vigente Ley 12/2023, de 24 de mayo, por el derecho a la vivienda, entiendo por tal no solo la vivienda, sino el conjunto de derechos instrumentales que garantizan el acceso efectivo a la misma de la ciudadanía. | es |
