| dc.description.abstract | Las finanzas se han desarrollado mucho a lo largo del siglo xx, y fue concretamente entre principios de los cincuenta y finales de los setenta cuando ese desarrollo llegó a ser vertiginoso, dando lugar al paradigma de los setenta, que ha marcado la investigación, la formación y la práctica financiera desde entonces. Este artículo pretende comentar al lector las novedades que han ido apareciendo posteriormente, centrándose, de manera especial, en los diez últimos años, con temas como finanzas corporativas, eficiencia de los mercados o valoración de activos; y también la relación de las finanzas con los temas de buen gobierno, los sistemas legales y culturales o la ética; para terminar el trabajo citando otros temas que son y serán de interés. El autor cree que la crisis que estamos viviendo debe hacer replantearse bastantes temas en finanzas, como la excesiva influencia anglosajona. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | Finance has evolved greatly over the twentieth century, and was specifically between the early fifties and late seventies when this development became vertiginous, leading to the paradigm of the seventies, which has marked since then the research, training and financial practice. This paper aims to discuss the innovations that have emerged subsequently, especially focusing in the last ten years, with issues such as corporate finance, market efficiency and asset valuation, and also about the relationship between finance and issues of good governance, legal and cultural systems or ethics; to finish the job by mentioning other issues that are and will be of interest. The author believes that the crisis we are experiencing must make us to reconsider many issues in finance, such as the excessive Anglo-Saxon influence. | en |
