Gizakiak hurkoek aintzat har dezatela behar du, harremanak izateko beharra dauka eta besteek berari buruz duten iritzia kudeatu eta kontrolatzeko beharra ere bai. Hortxe dago gizarte-sareen arrakastaren koska. Sare horien bidez, identitate digitala eratu nahi da, eta identitate hori beste batzuei zabaltzen zaie, norberaren bizipen pertsonalenak ere erakutsita, norberak hala erabakita. Horregatik, orain harreman sozialak eta profesionalak oso agerikoak eta interaktiboak dira, inoiz ez bezala. Izan ere, gaur egun, gizakiak uko egiten die bere bizitza pribatuaren alde askori, askatasunez eta nahita; lehendik ez da inoiz halakorik gertatu. Ez da harritzekoa, horrenbestez, oso erakunde desberdinak gizarte-sareen erabiltzaileak babesteko esparru juridikoa ezartzeko ahaleginetan ibiltzea, batez ere adingabekoen babesa sendotze aldera, erabiltzailerik ahulenak direla-eta.Social networks get their success from the social consideration attributed by the human being, from their need to interact and from people trying to manage and control the impression they make upon others. A digital identity can be construed, and it is volutarily shared with third parties whom with we want to share our most personal experiences. Thus, social and professional relationships were never so exposed and interactive. Human beings did never renounce to so many life parcels in such a free and voluntary way. It is not surprising, then, the effort by several institutions to set a legal framework for the protection of users of social networks and specially to strenghten the protection of minors as the most vulnerable users.spa© IVAPDerechos fundamentalesMenoresRedes socialesFuntsezko eskubideakAdingabekoakGizarte-sareakFundamental rightsMinorsSocial networksLas redes sociales digitales: ¿hacia una nueva configuración de los derechos fundamentales en Internet?journal article2026-09-30
