Hablar de libertad afectivo-sexual es hablar de autoestima, de afectos, de placer, de igualdad de hombres y mujeres, de respeto a las diferentes orientaciones sexuales... Si se pretende construir una sociedad en la que hombres y mujeres podamos convivir en igualdad, sin discriminaciones y sin violencia machista, es imposible separar sexualidad y afectividad. Y hablar de libertad afectivo-sexual es también hablar de sensibilización y de prevención de la violencia sexual. Estas han sido precisamente temáticas abordadas en el conversatorio «Libertad afectivo-sexual», en el que participaron Ana de Miguel, Sindy Takanashi, Espacio Regadera y Miguel Lorente, dentro del Congreso Emakumeak organizado por la Diputación Foral de Bizkaia. Y es a partir de este conversatorio que se escribe esta relatoría, presentada en el marco de dicho congreso. Sexuality accompanies us from birth and plays an essential role in the process of personal development. To speak of affective-sexual freedom is to speak of self-esteem, affection, pleasure, equality between men and women, respect for different sexual orientations.... If we want to build a society in which men and women can live together in equality, without discrimination and without sexist violence, it is impossible to separate sexuality and affectivity. And to speak of affective-sexual freedom is also to speak of raising awareness and preventing sexual violence. These were precisely the topics addressed in the discussion «Affective-sexual freedom», with the participation of Ana de Miguel, Sindy Takanashi, Espacio Regadera and Miguel Lorente, as part of the Emakumeak Congress organised by Diputación Foral of Bizkaia.
