El reto se centra en reinterpretar la obra “La extracción de la piedra de la locura” de El Bosco, actualizando su lenguaje al siglo XXI. Para ello se llevó a cabo un proyecto guiado por el pensamiento de diseño, que abarcó desde la investigación del catálogo del Museo hasta el fomento de la creatividad a través de la conceptualización de la propuesta, finalizando con la materialización de la misma haciendo uso de tecnologías de fabricación digital. Todo ello con el objetivo último de transmitir un mensaje crítico sobre las adicciones y las contradicciones de la sociedad actual.This work merges design thinking, art, and the use of technology in higher education. The challenge focuses on reinterpreting El Bosco’s work “The Extraction of the Stone of Madness,” updating its language to the 21st century. To this end, a project was carried out, guided by design thinking, which ranged from the research of the Museum’s catalog, the promotion of creativity through the conceptualization of the proposal, ending with the materialization of the same using digital fabrication technologies.
